Welcome to Celestara! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Celestara. We operate this website, along with related applications, platforms, and services, to provide innovative digital experiences, tools, and products (collectively, the “Services”). Celestara is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely host and deliver these Services to you.

By visiting, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of our Services.

You agree to promptly update your account and payment details to ensure successful transactions. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel access to your Services.

All content, code, logos, text, graphics, animations, trademarks, and media appearing in or related to Celestara’s Services are owned by Celestara or its licensors. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

“Celestara,” its logo, app names, and related marks are trademarks of Celestara. Other names, logos, and designs appearing on our platform are the property of their respective owners.

Celestara is powered by Shopify, which provides hosting and infrastructure support for our digital platform. All sales, data, and communications, however, are directly between you and Celestara. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, purchases, or interactions with us. By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your use of Celestara’s Services.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Some personal data may also be processed under Shopify’s privacy framework. By continuing to use our Services, you agree to both Celestara’s and Shopify’s data policies.

9. Feedback and Submissions

If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback (“Feedback”) with us, you grant Celestara a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that Feedback for improvement and development purposes. We are not obligated to compensate or credit you for such submissions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Celestara. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Ontario.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
